Shipping and Returns

How fast is the product shipped?

The product is shipped in 1-9 working days, depending on the product's readiness. If the product is ready, we ship it on the same day. However, if the garment needs to be customized or an inscription embroidered, it takes 3-9 working days. If the size does not fit, can it be exchanged/returned?

The product can be returned or exchanged within 30 days by sending it back through Parkomat or to the store in Ādaži, Pirmā iela 36. Before you go to change, please call and find out if the product you want to exchange is available immediately - 26844430.

Can I receive the ordered/finished product after working hours?

We can arrange it by calling 26844430 in time.

Is there an MYGANG store in Riga?

We don't have our store, but there are cooperation partners Riga Plaza (near the dining area) and SAGA (near Dechatlon), where you can buy our goods, but not all types and sizes of clothing may be available. You can call for their availability by phone: 28656654.

Our baby clothes are also available in MAZĀ CILTS stores.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to all EU countries via Omniva Courrier. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on your location. You can view our full shipping policy for more information.

What makes My Gang clothing unique?

MYGANG clothing is unique because it is crafted with love and the finest materials, ensuring quality and comfort for all family members. We use only the best fabrics that are certified by OEKO TEX and GOTS, making our products both safe and environmentally friendly.

How did we get started?

My Gang was founded by Linda, a mother of two boys who wanted to capture and preserve special moments and create a strong bond within her family. Linda's passion for art and design inspired her to establish MYGANG, where she could express her creativity and bring families closer together.

What is our brand philosophy?

The My Gang brand philosophy is to bring families together through our products and create a sense of belonging. We believe that by providing high-quality and comfortable clothing, we can help families everywhere share in the love and sense of togetherness that My Gang represents.

When can I visit your store?

The shop is open on working days from 11 am to 5 pm

The e-shop is active 24/7, and you can place orders anytime.

Personalization and clothing

Can I personalize the dimensions - length or width?

It is possible to change the height and width. Please write to info@mygang.lv about the desired changes.

Is it possible to change from the existing ones or personalize the inscriptions?

Yes, changing the inscriptions on another of our clothes is possible. If you choose from the existing inscriptions offered in the e-shop in the same category - embroidered or printed, it will be free of charge. You can look at the products for additional costs if you want an individual inscription.

Does the clothing fit true to size?

Yes, the clothing fits true to size, but to be sure of the right choice, we recommend looking at the measurements attached to each product.

Is it possible to buy clothes WITHOUT texts?

Yes, it is possible to buy clothing without an inscription. You can get more detailed information by writing to info@mygang.lv.
